Interactive documents are hailed as the way of the future as they provide tremendous value for customers. Ecrion CCM Cloud takes them further by allowing documents to morph depending on the device that is used to access them in order to provide a fluent experience. Other features include a built-in chat and the ability to provide interactive tours in order to guide customers and empower self-service.
The Ecrion Customer Communication Management platform comes with a built-in portal that can be customized to match your brand. End-users can log-in to view their documents, submit forms and interact with their own personalized dashboards.
Produce print-quality output using the in-house-built, top of the line publishing engine. Scalability is of huge importance when processing large batches of documents and with the Ecrion CCM Cloud you can be sure that your documents will be produced in the time-frames described in your Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The Ecrion Publishing Engine available as part of the CCM cloud provides the ability to simultaneously generate many print-ready outputs including AFP, Postscript and PDF.
Print streams can use RGB, CMYK and ICC color spaces, imposition, duplex printing, overlaying barcode for envelope packing equipment, NOP and TLE manipulation for AFP output, and much more. All fonts and images can be fully embedded as resources in the output print stream.
All projects deployed in the CCM Cloud can take advantage of many built-in integration features including the ability to use data from Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Use Digisign or EchoSign to request signatures from multiple parties, or post documents and forms to Sharepoint or any other WebDav-compliant CMS.
Print Stream Management
Print stream management for high volume printing is a core feature of the Ecrion CCM platform. It supports PDF, AFP (IBM MO:DCA), Postscript and direct printing. Output can be printed using B/W, CMYK or ICC color processes and supports imposition, barcode overlays to drive envelope packing machines and much more.
Automation is a big component of the CCM Cloud. Whenever a form is filled or when events occur the workflow engine can be invoked to automate the flow of information and trigger business processes.
The workflow engine supports both automatic tasks such as deploy, copy, print, etc. and manual tasks, for example to collect signatures or to review and approve a document .
The solution uses an extensive architecture for access control and user rights. It accommodates both Enterprise Users and End-Customers.
Enterprise Users can be managed individually or in groups - or personas (Front-Desk Operator, Developer, Operations Manager, etc.). End-Customers get access through the Portal and have access according to their individual and/or household information.
Reach out to your customers wherever they reside using the built-in capabilities for distribution on various channels such as email, SMS, print, social media, fax, etc.
The CCM Cloud can manage the creation and delivery of your communications through multiple simultaneous channels and using multiple queues. An easy to use dashboard provides the ability to monitor the status (read, bounced, etc.) of your outbound communications.
Working with the CCM Cloud is a breeze due to the clean, uncluttered UI that will fit any device you may need to use, including PCs, tablets or phones.
Corporate users can fill-out forms, digitally sign documents, perform review and approval and collaborate wherever they are. Similarly, end-customers can access and interact with their documents and forms through the portal, on any device they may use.
Working with the CCM Cloud can be automated using the included APIs for JAVA, .NET or REST.
